RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY:
Thank you for shopping at Narnia's Closet. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return most items and get a store credit. Money refunds are not offered at the time. Final sale items (marked down merchandise), intimates, accessories, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded.
You can return a product within 14 days once the carrier delivers your order. As a courtesy, we offer 30 days for returns on purchases made during the holiday season. The holiday season starts with Black Friday and ends on New Year's Eve.
For returns, please send us an email to email@example.com and explain the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you a return confirmation email. Then, please proceed to send your item(s) back to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery date (30 days for holiday purchases as mentioned above). If you want a size change, let us know when requesting the return and, we will make the change (subject to availability) once the original item is received and subject to the conditions stated below.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase.
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be shipped back to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 to US and Puerto Rico. For domestic orders under $75, we have a low flat shipping rate of $5. International shipping is not available at this moment.
Narnia's Closet currently ships all orders via USPS. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from 9AM-2PM, excluding holidays. Please, allow 1-3 business days for processing time.
*Narnia's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
Only for customers purchasing from Puerto Rico. State and municipal taxes will be charged at checkout. This is a requirement by local government, since Narnia's Closet is based in Puerto Rico.
